Public Opinion Frontpage Layout Options :
Once you have installed WordPress theme then it’s time setup homepage and other page sections. Once you choose right attribute on page editor then you will find an option box just below the page editor. The “Front Page Option” allows you to select post layout for featured post section. If you open demo then yo will find a content packed grid section on the top of the page, this is known as featured section.
Featured section shows all the posts that are tagged with “Featured”. The options box allows you to select post listing layout style and category. Then it will automatically keep showing featured post entries on homepage which are published with “Featured” tag.

Layouts List : Whether it is frontpage featured section or category section, you will have access to 10 unique layouts. These layouts will display 1,2,3, and 4 posts using multiple columns. You can either choose posts to be displayed in single column with list view style. Or select few posts on left and others to be appear on the right side.
WordPress may not be enough to explain the beauty of the layouts, so it’s better to watch demo. Each category section on homepage demo shows different styles which is setup with these layouts.
Custom Elementor Modules : This page builder plugin is optional for Public Opinion and all CSSIgniter WordPress themes. You can either switch to widgetized homepage or use page builder to create homepage. Developers has given 2 custom modules that would display content on any page with desired layout. The modules allows you to select category, type of posts (latest, or any other), and layout (10 ready options). You can also display number of posts for each category block that appears on the page.

Featured Posts Widget : The Public Opinion theme includes “Category Featured Posts” widget so you can display a few number of latest posts from selected category on homepage. The widget will show you list of categories so you can choose one. Then you will see options to select post type, layout style, and total posts.
Every category section shows title and full category page link, so visitors can access more articles from source page. Some posts shows big image and excerpt, whereas some only shows small thumbnails and title. When you add multiple category blocks on homepage area then visitors can surely find some interesting stories of their choice.

The post editor screen will show you options to choose video or Standard post. If you select “Video Format” then you will see embed box to insert video link from Vimeo, Youtube or other sources.
Just below the post editor area, you will find “Post information” box with tabs to add Source and Review. These are totally optional tabs so you can either fill them with relevant details or leave them empty. If you have used content from other sites and want to give them credit. Then you can use “Source” box to add source text, URL, and other details.
The “Review” box is for those people who wants to share their article in review format. If you are adding reviews for products, or games or anything then you can use review box to add features, rating and score from your side.
Header and Menu : The header top section has 4 options which is ideal to add custom text (phone, email, call to action). You can also highlight custom menu links, social icons and search box on header. The header includes space to display logo and banner (right side) in big size. You can also use “Sticky Menu” style to display primary menu (below header).
Public Opinion theme comes with “News Ticker” section that is found below header menu. It shows latest headlines in auto rotating mode so visitors can easily check breaking news from all areas. Ticker box allows you to pick category and number of posts and then it will keep showing text headlines in news ticker bar.
